Whats Included?
Accountability
I expect all my clients to check-in with me daily via my PT APP, updating me with their progress and asking any questions they may have.
Training Program via my PT APP
I will provide you with a training program; this can be either a gym based program or home workout program, I will even give you a program for your holidays if wished!
All exercises will include a demonstration video and coaching points.
Nutrition Coaching
I do not provide a set meal plan. I will educate you on calories and macros so you have the freedom to enjoy the foods you love and still reach your goals.
Weekly Check-In Call
Each week we will have a check-in call so we can discuss your progress and set goals for the week ahead.
