Struggling to gain strength and add muscle mass?

This was me!! I was on the struggle bus big time! :(

Despite lifting weights, following an amazing program through which I had seen lots of women achieve amazing results I simply was not achieving my goal of adding lean muscle mass.

I thought it was because I am a Vegan, and was not eating enough protein but even when I followed a nutrition plan specifically for vegans I saw very little improvement, especially in my upper body - and I wanted 'Tank Top Arms'

I have now been taking a Creatine Supplement for just over a month with amazing results. My upper body strength has improved greatly. Prior to taking it I was struggling to lift dumbbells above 10kg for any exercise, but can now chest press 15kg Dumbbells and my deadlift max has increased from 30kg to 50kg for 15 reps!! I have changed nothing else - I am still following the same workout and nutrition plan.

I thoroughly recommend the product I used. Initially I added 2 scoops to my post workout shake and evening recovery shake for 3 days- the load phase then I adjusted to 1 scoop in each shake.
