Snickerdoodle Donuts

Who doesn't love donuts?! Unfortunately though, most people will tell you that donuts are 'off plan' when you are trying to drop a few pounds.

These snicker inspired donuts are super tasty and packed with 11g of protein per donut making them a fantastic afternoon snack!

What You Need Donut Moulds 60g Oat Flour(oats blitzed in the blender) 30g Chocolate Protein Powder - I used Myvegan protein blend 10g Powdered Peanut Butter 1/2 Tsp baking powder 1/2 Tsp bicarbonate soda 2 TBSP yogurt - I use Alpro Soya 160ml soya milk(milk of your choice) To decorate 100g Chocolate melted (I used dark chocolate) 2TBSP salted caramel spread/peanut butter melted Extra peanuts to decorate(optional)

What you need to do Heat oven to 180° Mix all ingredients in a bowl Add to donut mould Bake for 20 minutes Leave to cool


Decorate with your favourite toppings

10 minutes prep time, 20 minutes cooking plus additional decorating time - I’m sure you’ll all do a better job than me there!
