No Excuse Workout!

I hear so many people say they don't have time to workout! This short 10 minute, give it all you've got workout is great for those moments when your running very short on time or do it first thing in the morning as an energy and mood booster!

Do 15 reps of each move, then move on to the next with no rest. Do the full workout as many times as you can in 10 minutes.
