Who doesn't like a treat, and if your like me it will always involve peanut butter! ;)
These simple Peanut Butter Cups only require 2 ingredients and are super simple to make.
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter ( I Whole Earth Crunchy)
5oz Vegan Chocolate( I like Green and Blacks)
Prep Time:25 minutes
Makes 12 Cups
1- Line a mini muffin tin with 12 mini cases
2- Melt 1/2 the chocolate either in a microwave or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water( be careful not to burn yourself!)
3- Poor 1/2 TBSP of chocolate into each liner
4- Place the tin into the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to Harden.
5-After 10 minutes, remove the tin from the freezer
6- Place 1 tsp of Peanut Butter into each mini liner (try to avoid getting the peanut butter onto
the sides of the liner.
7- Place the muffin tin back in the freezer whilst you Melt the remaining chocolate
8- After you've melted the remaining chocolate, remove the tin from the freezer and add 1/2 tbsp to each liner- enough to cover the Peanut Butter and leave the top smooth.
9- Sprinkle with toppings if you desire
10-Place back in freezer for 10 minutes to harder
Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
